Envía IT, S.L., driven by innovation and the development of technological solutions, specializes in the Design, Development, Implementation and Commercialization of Software, and has assumed the commitment to comply with the requirements applicable to information security, to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information used by the company and its Clients, as well as its processing, storage and communication systems. To this end, the Management of ENVÍA IT, S.L. assumes the commitment to implement, maintain and continuously improve an Information Security Management System (ISMS), in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 27001 standard, which establishes the information security objectives, in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
Primary Objectives
For the Management of ENVÍA IT, S.L., the implementation of the information security management system contributes to the achievement of the following primary objectives:
- Strengthen trust with all stakeholders, especially with our Clients.
- Ensure legislative, regulatory compliance and our contractual commitments.
- Guarantee the security of information, both our own and our Clients', in terms of its confidentiality, integrity and availability.
- Work towards continuous improvement of the management system, enabling us to identify and address all information security risks.
- Protect the organization's information assets against all threats and vulnerabilities and safeguard the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information to achieve a secure working environment in our organization, through objectives that will be established and reviewed annually.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information, especially that related to the personal data of personnel, clients and suppliers.
- Maintain the integrity of information in relation to information classification.
- Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our company.
- Update our personnel's training in information security matters.
Staff Responsibility
All ENVÍA IT, S.L. personnel are responsible for implementing the security measures defined in the ISMS and for complying with them, and are obliged to comply with all information security policies and procedures published by the company.
Management Commitment
The Management of ENVÍA IT, S.L. is aware of the risks present to information security and the importance of its proper management, and will therefore provide the necessary means and resources, maintaining and improving its information security management system and ensuring the involvement of all human resources through their continuous training.
